Junior Suite Room
We have three junior suites, each with a name characteristic of the region and cocoa.
Find in these spaces:
- A shelf with individual reading lamps and replicas of pre-Columbian ceramics from the Middle Cauca cultures: Quimbaya, Calima and Malagana, are found above the headboard of the bed.
- A bathroom with amenities handcrafted with botanicals found on the farm: chocolate soap, aloe vera shampoo and conditioner, and coconut and pennyroyal body cream. It also includes a hairdryer.
- Everything is adorned with a small private covered terrace overlooking the garden and a view from the room to the pool.
ROOM "LEBRIJA"
Named after an excellent cocoa native to the municipality of Lebrija, Santander. It is a violet-colored cocoa bean with white traces, with a fine aroma and excellent taste. It was declared "Cocoa of Excellence" at the Salon du Chocolat in Paris.
- The room measures 34.55 m² and is divided into three spaces: a small reception room with a sofa and table, decorated with flowers from our garden, a rug made by Finnish artisans in Iraka; the work "Red Flytrap" by Daniel Toro and a butterfly triptych by Julián Martínez; and a second space with a wardrobe and a king-size bed, decorated with an original autographed proof print of Thierry Mulhaupt's book "Chocolat(e)".
This room is located on the first floor of the house.
"SANTÁGUEDA" ROOM
It is named after an excellent, highly productive cocoa native to this area of the municipality of Palestina, Caldas. It has a violet bean with white traces, a fine aroma, and excellent taste. It also has a good butter content, allowing for the production of high-quality, flavorful chocolates.
- The room measures 32.89 m² and is divided into three spaces: a small reception room with a sofa and table, decorated with flowers from our garden, a rug made by Finnish artisans in Iraka; Daniel Toro's "Tangara Azuleja" and a triptych of hummingbirds by Julián Martínez; and a second space with a wardrobe and a king-size bed, decorated with an original autographed proof print of Thierry Mulhaupt's book "Chocolat(e)."
This room is located on the first floor of the house.
"RIOVERDE" ROOM
In honor of one of the rarest cocoas in the world. It is a white bean, where, over millennia, the phenols have been lost, producing a less bitter and astringent cocoa with greater organoleptic complexity.
- It has an area of 34.64 m², distributed across three spaces: a small reception room with a sofa, table, and armoire, decorated with flowers from our garden, a rug made by Finnish artisans in Iraka; and the work "Tangara Lacrada" by Daniel Toro; a second space with a king-size bed, decorated with the works "Tangara Multicolor," "Gallito de Roca," and "Carriquí" by Julián Martínez; and the work "Soledad Cafetera" by Daniel Toro.
This room is located on the first floor of the house and is accessible to people with disabilities.
