How can I book my birthday party at the hotel or other types of events at the restaurant?

Events must be booked directly through hotel management to determine the scope and feasibility of the event.

Can I book multiple rooms?

Yes, multiple rooms can be booked.

What is the hotel's cancellation policy?

Cancellation must be made at least 72 hours prior to booking.

What is the smoking policy at the hotel?

We do not have smoking rooms or designated smoking areas.

Does the hotel allow pets?

No pets allowed.

Destination

What is the weather like at your destination?

Temperatures range between 18 and 28 degrees Celsius, with warm days and cool nights. Air conditioning is not necessary. Rain is common, and humidity is around 80%. A typical climate for the coffee-growing region.

Should I bring an electrical adapter?

Yes. We do not have adapters.

How does public transport work?

There are buses that can be taken to Armenia 100 meters from the farm, with frequencies every hour.

Is the city water safe to drink?

The tap water is not drinkable. However, we offer free filtered water at all times at the hotel.
